Worldwide hot-air balloon events: Lorraine counts 67 nations, about 2,000 crews, 800 hot-air balloons and 50,000 spectators. Nancy’s “Jazz Pulsations” was able to find a niche amongst other French musical events. A large music, cocktail event, offering ethnic, contemporary, and rock music is popular with artists that illustrate the international reputation of this event (e.g., Charlélie Couture, UB 40, Miles Davis, Michel Portal, Sonny Rollins, B.B.
